August 10-16, 2019 at Old Mill Point
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to spend a week vacationing with fellow home school families – in a place as beautiful as Cedar Campus? Join us for six days of family fun, relaxation, worship and messages.
A good portion of our time will be unstructured, allowing for extended time to enjoy with your family, and opportunities to share conversations and stories with other home school families. You and your family will also be able to explore and experience all that Cedar Campus has to offer: swimming, boating, hiking, kayaking, and campfires. The last day will include a dedication of the upcoming home school year, and a departing blessing for all the families. Come and join us in this newest Cedar Campus adventure!

Pastor Jordan Chambers is the Assistant Pastor of Youth and Family at First United Methodist Church of Gaylord, Michigan. Pastor Jordan has been there for over two years now, and served in other youth and camp ministries prior to taking the position. His bachelor’s came from Liberty University, where he completed a degree in Interdisplinary Studies: Religion and English. His ordination was bestowed by Calvary Baptist Church of Gaylord, MI.
Jordan has a beautiful wife, Laura, and three children: Moriah, Ariel, and Elisha. Jordan is a quirky, picky, but fun guy that enjoys the simple things in life… such as Mountain Dew and Hot Dogs. He has had a passion for teens since his days in college, having mentored teens at a Naval Base Juvenile Detention Center, acting as a counselor and speaker for teens at various camps, and for a short time working as a Juvenile Probation Officer. His heart and calling lies in teaching and bringing up teens for Christ in this difficult, secular world.
